Q: How will the milestone projects be assigned and managed?

Q: What if I can’t participate this year?

As this is the inaugural year of the IEFG Future Leaders program, it is a pilot. If the program meets the goals and expectations of both participants and sponsoring organizations, we may consider offering it again. Future iterations' frequency (annually or biennially) will be evaluated based on this pilot's success. We will provide detailed information about program goals, structure, time commitment, and the application process well in advance of each new cycle.
